We have been working with Mortgage Brokers and Accounts for the last decade and know the intricacies of your business as only those who have also worked in your industry could know. The CIP system and Management team (coming from a Finance background ourselves) we had initially developed the system exclusively for brokers, so you find the system is not only designed to perfectly run in harmony with your existing business model but more-so actually complements it.
All is required from our alliance partners is the following;
- Simply identify a potential property investor from your database to our BDM's.
- Work with your BDM to select a shortlist of suitable Property Investment opportunities for your client.
- Present the CIP Property and Disclosure reports to your client for review. (Full training and Support provided or WE can present for you/with you)
- Obtain an "Expression of Interest" from your client on a particular property and register with CIP, and we will handle the rest.
